Stewardship

The Latest News:

Stewardship at St. Stephen's is alive and well all year long ...even in summer!

We continue to welcome your gifts of time, talent and treasure.  This summer, as always, there are many ways to help us fulfill our mission: "To know and love Christ, to know and love the stranger , to know and love each other."

Summer brings many new opportunities for stewardship and fellowship at St. Stephens.  Join our women's activity group, (attend) a men's breakfast, or come cheer for our church softball team!!

This summer we are focused on being good stewards of our beautiful church facilities and gardens.  There are several new structural improvements, as well as new carpets and fresh paint throughout the church.

We're also proud, as a congregation, to be sending  members of our Youth Team on a Mission Trip down to New Orleans to continue (lending) a hand rebuilding homes for those who suffered losses as a result of Katrina.  This is our fifth year to send our youth on this important Mission Trip.

Financial gifts to the church help us continue to grow and sustain all of these and many other outreach and fellowship programs.  While we have an annual pledge campaign in the fall, we welcome your financial support throughout the year.  If you would like to make a contribution, please contact Patty Turnberg to discuss your plans.  Or you may simply write a check to : St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and mail it to 4805 NE 45th Street, Seattle, WA  98015 at your convenience.

Blessing,

Your Stewardship Team

Did you know?
As much as 5% of your pledge goes toward bank fees when you use your credit or debit card. If convenience is important to you, we encourage you to consider an automatic bank payment plan or pay your pledge by check, (old fashioned, yet very effective).
