Jennifer

The Reverend Jennifer King Daugherty is our Interim Priest through June 30, 2024. She served at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral from 2014 until January of this year, including as Canon for Community Life as well as Canon for Connection and Engagement. She participated in pastoral and care, liturgy, and spiritual formation; she also taught frequently in the Wisdom School. Her interests include Celtic spirituality, creative approaches to scripture study, and engaging the visual arts as a spiritual practice.

Jennifer earned a Master of Divinity degree from Seattle University, an MBA from New York University, and a BA in Economics from Princeton University. She and her husband, Will, have three children in their 20s and a black Lab named Maeve.

Peter

The Reverend Peter Snow is our Associate Priest. He grew up in England during WWII. As a member of St. John’s College, Cambridge, he studied academic theology and graduated with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in the subject. He was ordained a priest of the Church of England in Birmingham, where he served as a parish priest. Peter moved to the United States with his family in 1967, and while in Southern California during the early seventies, experienced the full force of the Cultural Revolution. He subsequently helped develop alcohol treatment programs, battered women’s protection and assistance programs, and post-traumatic stress studies. He also worked on minority youth issues and youth ministries. Peter is the author of three books. Laura

Laura can be summed up in five words – family, friends, education, travel, and sports. She grew up surrounded by the natural beauty of the Wenatchee Valley in a home that was literally open to all. After graduating from the halls of Eastmont High School, she was drawn to the University of Washington where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Before starting her own family, she became an integral part of Directed Media, Inc. where she utilized her love of academics to contribute as a researcher, writer, editor, promoter, and marketer of several educational publications and projects including co-authoring an elementary textbook, Washington: Past and Present.
